St. Louis-based Hotel Company Recognized with The Award for “Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Mid-Scale Hotel Chains”

ST. LOUIS (July 24, 2013):  J.D. Power announced today that Drury Hotels was recognized with the award for “Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Mid-Scale Hotel Chains” for the eighth consecutive year.

“For 40 years, Drury Hotels has been focused on being No. 1 in friendly service with every guest,” said Chuck Drury, President and CEO of Drury Hotels. “Receiving our eighth consecutive J.D. Power Award is a tribute to our team members and the passion they show every day for giving our guests the best experience possible.”

Drury Hotels placed highest in the mid-scale segment and third in the hotel industry.  The J.D. Power 2013 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index StudySM is based on responses from 68,787 guests measuring the opinions of guests who stayed in a hotel June 2012-May 2013.

Drury guests experience many free amenities, including free hot breakfast, free cold beverages and hot food at the 5:30 Kickback®, free popcorn and soda in the lobby, free wireless internet and free long distance and local calls. These inclusive amenities support the brand’s tagline, The Extras Aren’t Extra!.
